Abstract

ABSTRACT Since the collective consciousness of the nation to establish an independent state, the unitary state of Indonesia, meaning they are fundamentally emphasize the importance of human rights as a transcendental value comes from the Lord and not merely the result of human engineering profane. Ideal rights basis (Pancasila), and the constitutional (1945) provide a space of human rights by not distinguishing the difference of religion, ethnicity, race, and gender in obtaining the rights as citizens in the political, social, economic, educational, health, cultural and legal. Challenge ahead is how to socialize and civilize human rights in the life of the nation-state, which was still far from human rights values that we seek your own.
