Abstract
ABSTRACT Within each organization typically has grown from the initial generation of an organizational culture, both of which were originally established by the founder or formulated by the management. In order to form the organizational culture it is necessary to have the values, beliefs, opinions, attitudes and norms that tertanamkan within each individual through a process of social learning. In other words, organizational culture is important for the cultivation of values, beliefs, attitudes and norms in each individual. This is because every organization, partly formed through a process of cultural and environmental diversity of actors. This study uses quantitative descriptive analysis method with the conclusion that 1) There is the influence of organizational culture (XI) and organizational commitment (X2) simultaneously 56.2% of the employee's performance. while the remaining 43.8% influenced by other variables such as: Compensation, Training and working environment. 2) There is the influence of organizational culture (XI) and organizational commitment (X2) partially with respect to the dependent variable is the performance of employees. 3) organizational culture variables (XI) has a dominant influence on the performance of employees This is evidenced by the culture of the organization variable beta is greater than the value of Beta variables of organizational commitment.
